Cute... I will give you that. Very cute. But in this case, cute doesn't necessarily mean good.
Some of the characters were, in my mind, plastic and unlikable. The Man in the Yellow Hat or Junior Bloomsberry, the antagonist, for example (though, I liked the The Man in the Yellow Hat more).
The kids would love this movie, but the adults would be mixed.
The song "Upside Down" is awesome.
And GEORGE IS NOT A MONKEY! HE'S AN APE! HE HAS NO TAIL!
