Review of Cult of Chucky (2017) by John C — 02 Oct 2017

This movie undermines all the Child?s Play / Chucky films before it. The rules of this world (ie franchise) are completely tossed aside here. I get what they were going for, but they severely stumbled along the way.

Characters make the most asinine decisions, the plot is all over the place, and the return of a couple of beloved characters is totally wasted.

The kills are gruesome, but the movie itself is so bad that they?re overshadowed by a terrible script.
