Bizarre! The images have a strange effect on you that make them difficult to forget. It's not really surreal, but you can't really say that it is terribly realistic either. It fits into some alternate reality that often close scarily close to the chaotic lives of our own.
That being said, it does frustrate you a bit since it is so devoid of the conventions we are used to.
