Review of Cul-de-sac (1966) by Christopher W — 30 Jan 2008
An intriguing exploration of victimization and emasculation with heavy doses of absurdist black humor. A cross between "The Desperate Hours" and "Waiting for Godot." Stylish direction by Roman Polanski and, arguably, Donald Pleasence's finest performance.
One of my favorite films!
