Review of Cul-de-sac (1966) by Matt M — 23 Jan 2013
The life of a couple whose husband's sexual dominance is constantly challenged by the wife's constant attempts at emasculating him, is shook up when a crook lands on the small island on which they live in.
Polanski is visually witty and the cast seems to have a lot of fun in this strange, bizarre film that draws inspiration from the absurd.
