Not bad at all... Has some great atmospheric moments and the director caught the heat and tension well on screen.
The dog attack scene are truly terrifying, but I couldn't help feeling 'Is that all?' after watching the movie. They could have pushed the plot just a little further before killing of the killer pooch.
Bad it is indeed a cult classic.
