Review of Cry Freedom (1981) by Dan K — 02 Sep 2007
Very powerful, moving film. A must see for anyone interested in the modern history of South Africa and life under the apartheid regime. Only negative aspect to film was that it would have been a little more interesting to tell the story of Steve Biko further as opposed the Woods, but if it interests, you can get hold of the actual book written by Woods if you search hard enough.
