Review of Cruising (1980) by Ryan D — 19 May 2008
This movie reminded me of Taxi Driver, in that you can't understand the characters' motivations. Too much is left unexplained or left to the imagination. The ending is left ambiguous and could be taken a few ways both for what they show and what comes after.
I will say they chose an interesting plot, that you don't really see nowadays.
