Review of Cruising (1980) by Cliff B — 27 Feb 2010
This movie is out of control. The ending is my favorite, a bit of a thought provoking twist or ambiguity. William Friedkin is simply an awesome director, and you'll see it throughout the film. Al Pacino plays one of his most underrated roles, and although this movie is very controversial, I find it amazing.
It's a thriller, and at some points quite scary, with bits of drama and plenty of mystery sprinkled in every now and then.
