Review of Cruella (2021) by Dubeau — 29 May 2021

Cruella is not a bad movie. The story rewrite Cruella in an interesting way. The story is a bit slow to start but after 30 minutes it pick up with Emma. There is no big action scenes here, it relies more on smart moves.

The acting is superb and very solid. The music is also very well chosen. The FX are good but pretty ordinary with the dogs. You can see the CGI bleeds everywhere with them. Not a big problem but maybe more present for an adult.

I give it 72%. That was a pleasant surprise because I expected, that it would be terrible. But it's well written and with amazing acting performance.
