A laughable attempt to make an evil character relateable, through some of the most idiotic contrivances. Dalmation guard dogs attack an intruder, and that is supposed to be grounds for wanting to skin puppies.
The people behind this movie are clearly sociopaths who think any excuse constitutes mitigating circumstances. Had a bad childhood? Well we will give you a pass for the atrocities you commit as an adult.
