So you take the most irredeemable Disney villian of all time and try to justify her wanting to skin puppies with "Dalmations killed her mom". Not just mean spirited Dalmations. Dalmations trained by a different villian.
Are the Batwoman series writers moonlighting for Disney at this point? Christ all mighty.
