Review of Crows Zero (2007) by Curtis J — 06 Sep 2008

Ultra violent movie set in a rough tough all male school called Suzuran where gangs vie for control of the place. Enter Genji, newly transferred to the school who wants to succeed where his father failed at his time there and unite all the rival gangs as one.

If it's a testosterone fuelled movie you're after then you've come to the right place as this has intense in your face fist fights throughout. It didn't surprise me that Takashi Miike directed this as it has his dark humour stamped in certain scenes.

I loved it.
