Review of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (2000) by Long L — 19 Aug 2010
A very artistic martial arts movie. It almost felt operatic. The choreography was smooth, the sword play was excellent, and the story (tragic as it was) was moving. We don't give these types of movies enough credit.
Martial arts doesn't always have to be about the action. Sometimes it's about the emotions behind it.
