In a word, divine. This movie is truly a work of art. Visually incredible with a soundtrack that puts most others to complete shame, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon is easily the best foreign film to be bestowed on our country.
I thought it back then, and I'll say it now, it should have easily taken the Oscar for Best Picture in its year.
