Review of Crossing Over (2009) by Nathen B — 08 Aug 2009
Good, solid film with an ensemble cast, not unlike Crash, with intersecting storylines revolving around race & prejudice, and in this case, immigration. Perhaps a little *obvious* in its approach, partiucularly with a very stagey opening.
Had to laugh over two unintentional (I hope) flashbacks to Blade Runner...."Let me tell you about my father", and a now cliched computer photo enhancement scene.
