Multiple story threads, all eventually tied together, show a variety of immigrant stories -- their hopes and their tragedies. Harrison Ford is a stand out as an ICE officer with a heart, and Cliff Curtis is fantastic as his partner whose moral dilemmas are heart-wrenching.
