Review of Crossing Over (2009) by Ian G — 14 Jul 2013
Defintelty in terms of style, technical prowess and arc owes a lot to both Crash and Traffic, just swapping out the theme from drugs and racism to immigration issues from multiple angles and perspectives.
Has a couple of interesting perspectives particularly the Harrison Ford arc since he converges with the most compelling ones involving his partner and his family, and the border hopping arc as well. Might have benefited a touch more with the loss of one arc, more than likely the Koreatown storyline and a little more depth for the overall remaining threads.
Interesting for sure.
