Review of Cronos (1993) by Teresa D — 23 Apr 2008
One of Guillermo Del Toro first films and an interesting take on vampirism.
Some stand out performances from Federico Luppi and Ron Pearlman, (No wonder he got the Hellboy Gig). But for me the best role was that of the young girl, whoâ??s innocence was as haunting as the Cronos it self, I love the fact that she never Once (Spoiler).
A very well paced out film, not every film needs to be a hundred miles an hour.
Somebody needs to give Del Toro allot of money and say â??Here go and make the film you want to make!â??
Hopefully Hellboy 2 will deliver Guillermoâ??s vision!
