...for a directorial debut this was very good. nice twist on the vampire stories, with some great, creepy acting. Ron Perlman still looks too blocky even in HD, I see him just as hellboy.
The Cronos device was simple yet effective, not quite a horror as we now know it but after 20 years its still very engrossing. Bargain Buy.
