Review of Crimson Peak (2015) by Damon S — 01 Nov 2015
Del Toro does it again. Crimson Peak is an absolutely Beautiful film from the scenery, the score and the wardrobe. The writing is done well and the story has a full body which you can follow. You get to know and care for our main characters and see them develop.
The "Ghosts" in the film are just as recalled in the film "Metaphors for the past". Overall it was an enjoyable flick. There are a few scenes and some dialogue that really could have been cut out or cut short, but that is just some artistic license issues.
