Del Toro delivers a beautiful gothic romance tale that is complete with stunning set design and gorgeous imagery. Guillermo has proven to be a set perfectionist with this masterpiece of period horror. This gothic ghost story makes for a wonderful addition to the repertoire of a brilliant filmmaker.
