Review of Cries and Whispers (1972) by Rafaele L — 26 Jul 2007
This one is true treat! Bergman's regulars move around vast house with deep red curtains like ghosts. Contains one of the most frightening moments in all cinema, disturbingly realistic moment of death.
Oh, and of course, there's that cello piece by Bach.
