Review of Creepshow 2 (1987) by Keith H — 25 Jun 2008
The first story is a flat-out terrible revenge story (though it's still better than anything in Creepshow 3). "The Raft" was adapted from one of my favorite King stories, and it's sufficiently CREEPY if you can ignore the fact that we're dealing with evil crude oil.
The Hitchhiker is a way better revenge story, but is heavily undermined by music that was apparently lifted from an 80's cop show.
