Review of Creepshow (1982) by Rox K — 25 Feb 2012
George Romero and Steven King team up to produce this gleefully trashy homage to 1950's horror comics. Creepshow is a series of horror vignettes that feature endearingly hammy performances from Leslie Nielson, Ted Danson, Adrien Barbeau, Ed Harris, and Steven King himself.
All of the stories feature a likable brand of macabre comedy that would fit right in with its source material. All in all, Creepshow is a relentlessly fun movie that serves as one of my go-to choices in October.
