Review of Creep (2014) by Riverlee J — 11 Oct 2018
This film is psychologically interesting. It perfectly illustrates the dynamics present in a relationship between a non-disordered person and a narcissist. ??Some critics have commented on Aaron's awkward silences and lack of nuance, and how this shallow affect prevents the audience from observing a fully developed character; however, just as when dealing with a narcissistic personality disordered person, the world revolves around them 100%.
And so it happens in this movie. It is the point of the film, I think. The last scene indicates this. Aaron could be anybody.
