You know, I was going to give this film a much lower rating, but luckily it ends in a way that is smart, clever, makes sense and is actually somewhat satisfying. Plus, Mark Duplass' performance as Joesph, a man who appears to be a harmless weirdo but may hide much darker secrets, is a true delight.
