I thought it was better than the first one actually. They did a good job tying the Rocky history into this one for fans of the franchise and it still feels fresh enough for people who donâ(TM)t necessarily have any emotional investment in the past.
Hopefully they can move on if they intend to make a future sequel and focus on his story more.
