Review of Creed II (2018) by Peter S — 20 Jan 2019
Well, it seems Creed franchise is over. This movie was good but flat too. It lacks many of the emotions seen on Creed and gets too predictable many times, even though is way better film than Rocky III or Rocky V.
The good news is that I think we just have just found how (if someone is interested) Rocky franchise actually might endure: Drago. The character development of both Ivan Drago as a senior, and his son Viktor as an unprivileged talented new boxer, is just what the franchise needs.
Adonis? Forget about him, He seems to get a happy ending. I can't imagine how he can give more as a character.
