It was a great follow-up to the first one, with the right amount of nostalgia to honor the franchise overall. There was more emotional storytelling of Adonis being more than just a zealous young fighter, but also as a man. The fight scenes were brutal, but I would have liked to have seen more build-up to the first fight of the movie with Wheeler. It seemed a bit rushed. I also wish it was just a bit longer, say 25 more minutes because there was more that could have been told. However, that's what leads to sequels. Creed III?? Perhaps.
