Review of Creed (2015) by Dpaudiophile — 05 Dec 2015
Ok. Ryan Coogler is a great "artsy/underground" movie director, and this film is his first mainstream attempt. He pulls it off very well, and this movie is really fun, but will also give you some moments of cheese... I mean it's pretty easy to tell when "Sly" Stallone (executive producer) decides to demand something in the movie that maybe Coogler never really wanted, but it's Stallone, what are you going to do?
... That being said, in the scope of the Rocky franchise of films, This is definitely the BEST sequel to come out since the landmark original film....
