Creed is a triumph. It absolutely lives up to the hype, and the expectations laid before it, as it carries on the Rocky franchise. It manages to recapture everything that made the original Rocky films great, without just being the same movie over again.

Sylvester Stallone is back, and falls into his old role perfectly, as an older, wiser Balboa, and Micheal B. Jordan kills it as Apollo Creed's son, Adonis Johnson/Creed. Their chemistry is amazing. Ryan Coogler directs the film perfectly, giving us everything we could have wanted from this picture.

I look forward eagerly to the next installment. Rocky is back. The legend is alive.
