Its true, this one is dope...dont doubt it..whie the Balboa movie a few years back got much hype not necessarily as deservedly, CREED offers a very fresh and respectful take on the Rocky character and franchise and boxing movies in general...its intelligent touching not overly emotional, terrifically acted, predictable but not fully, and not overloaded with boxing nor fights at all...its a terrific film and Sylvester actually looks good mumbling in his old age....and the much lauded young actor Michael B Jordan mixes a sensitivity into his fighter strength...
See it.
