Rumored to be one of the worst movies ever made..they got that right!

PLOT:Notoriously bad crook, Renzo Capeto (Anthony Carbone) offers to take a band of Cuban escapees to freedom, along with a bunch of money. He kills his charges and takes control of the boat, blaming it all on a legendary monster of the area. They later found out the monster is real and must defeat it and carry on their plan. It's a pretty boring sounding plot to me, and it is executed much worse than that.

ACTING:They chose the wrong people to be in this movie. If they were being serious, than what were they on?

SCORE:Misplaced and misorganized, it doesn't even fit the mood right.

EFFECTS:The monster itself actually doesn't look too bad. It's large, hairy, seaweed-covered, buck teeth, and with unreal bulging eyes. It sounds dumb, but is actually quite decent.

OTHER CONTENT:There's a whole bunch of things wrong with this film. Firstly, the screenplay is garbage. It's just silly, random, unnecessary, and confusing. It made me laugh because of how stupid the lines and happenings are. There's a dude who mainly speaks in animal sounds, a phone booth on a deserted island, many unnecessary chase scenes, and even a phony disguise. Secondly, the director obviously doesn't know how to use the word "cut" right. Whenever somebody messes up a line or action, it wasn't cut and when there was another bit of scene left to finish, he did cut it. It's a filmmaker's nightmare! I was surprised to see this on my 50 Classic Horrors pack because of it's mediocre controversy. That let me know, the director was serious about this movie. I don't know if that or the screenplay was funnier!

OVERALL,a sucky "horror" movie with a boring and horribly-executed plot, wrongly cast actors, misplaced score, decent effects (for a bad move that is), laughable screenplay, and a misuse of the word "cut"!
