In case the opening credits with the cartoon doesn't get you to realize it, this is more of a comedy than anything else...kinda being a parody of horror movies of its time. I enjoy the concept...and I really enjoy the awesome monster.
..but a few things, like the chucklehead that makes animal noises all the time, got on my nerves as I watched. overall, it's a good film...but you might get irritated from time to time over random stuff.
...like that chucklehead.
