Review of Creation (2009) by Lilianetty L — 30 May 2012
Slow...as some other BBC films I have seen lately but won't mention here (thank God the series are not slow as this one, unless they are about history). Anyway, since it's a short review, I'm glad to see some of my fave actors in it, inspiring ones, as Benedict as Joseph Hooker, Jennifer as Emma and Paul as Darwin. I even was surprised to see Toby on this movie also. He's everywhere lately. The score/music was melancolic and a bit depressing (well, Darwin's life was kind like that, eliminating the science teachers and professors wanting us to learn...even if it's kinda boring hehe). But it's worth it (to try) to see his history, because even some parts (at least for me) made me smile and laugh a bit too.
Anyway, 3 stars of 5. Not a 5/5, since it was slow, and when the sequences got somehow interesting, BANG! The slow came again, even I thought I was watching a ghost story instead of Darwin's life. Enjoy and HASTA LA PROXIMA AMIGOS/AS! *you will maybe...or will try to cry in some scenes*.
