Not quite as funny or clever as it thinks it is and Steve Carell aside you never really like anyone on screen so feel less inclined to care whether they have a happy ending. The real problem though is Emma Stone.
..the girl really is a charisma vacuum and the idea of anyone falling head over heels in love with her is frankly ridiculous.
