Funny, charming, and above all, well acted (Ryan Gosling further cements his position as one of the most versatile of today's working actors... as well as one of my biggest man-crushes). The film ultimately checks off most rom-com cliches, but the steady laughs and uniformly excellent cast will make them slide comfortably.
One of my favourite movies from 2011.
