Review of Crazy, Stupid, Love. (2011) by James S — 21 May 2014
'Crazy, stupid love' brings me to wonder for how long these repetitive and linear films will be produced. Much like others (Dan in Real Life, and Date Night come to mind), this tale fails miserably in an attempt to amuse the audience, instead relying on the classic jokes associated with someone that is sexually and relationshiply inexperienced.
Who else but Steve Carell portrays the lead character, much like his efforts in 40 year old virgin, but far from such success. The conclusion is more bate than a can of worms, and Emma Stone's presence is less than desirable.
You would truly be crazy and stupid to love this underwhelming flopcom.
