Review of Crazy, Stupid, Love. (2011) by Paul D — 07 Oct 2017

This film alternates between comedy, romantic comedy, poignant adult themes and pure schmaltz. That roller-coaster is annoying and in many ways unsatisfying, but the film also has a lot going for it, particularly a very good story line and a great cast.

All together, it works, with some very high points well outweighing a few low moments.
