It's a good-hearted movie that borrows a ton from other films, but it's absolutely saved by the performances of Ryan Gosling, Carell, and Marissa Tomei - who steals ever scene she's in. Don't want to say much more because this film is particularly vulnerable to spoilers.
A good movie that's just a little bloated in its second half. But I'll still recommend it.
