Crazy Stupid Love is fueled by the fantastic cast and their phenomenal chemistry. This romantic dramedy follows a recently divorced Cal who drowns himself in his own sorrows until Jacob teaches him how to correctly solve his problem.

The best parts about this film is definitely the cast and the edgy story. Steve Carell and Ryan Gosling together was hysterical, they had better chemistry than I thought they would. Julianne Moore, Emma Stone, and Analeigh Tipton were great too and made this film all the more enjoyable.

What I really liked about the premise of Crazy Stupid Love is that I never really knew what was going to happen next. This is an edgier, cleverer script than most romcoms these days and it really made for a great story.

What started as a getting back on your feet kind of story turned into a take back what you want story and it's got a lot of depth. The story never failed to trail of path in my opinion, it had one main storyline and it stuck to it but threw curves to avoid it becoming just another romantic comedy.

Another thing is that this movie is funny, I laughed out loud more than once which is a good thing, there shouldn't be a waste of comedic actors such as Steve Carell and he was hilarious. My few issues I have with Crazy Stupid Love is that I felt it was a bit too long, it got to the point where I felt the length of it.

The other things kind of relate to the fact that it was pretty long but other than that it I can't find much rather than a few nitpicks. The ending I thought ended spot on and is truly what I wanted from this.

I didn't want them to kiss or anything but still be close friends and it kind of leaves the complete ending to the imagination. Crazy Stupid Love is not an average romantic comedy, it has a lot of clever spins on what could've been an average unoriginal script.

Ryan Gosling and Steve Carell were great and made this movie pretty fun. B+.
