We saw this movie a week ago and I've been trying to think how you review something like this. It's the first Asian romantic comedy. But it's so much more. Great sets mainly in Singapore. Elaborate costumes and props.

a wide range of personalities. Could it have been made with caucasians instead. Absolutely not. it's so much fun yet thought provoking. usually I like to draw analogies to other movies. but there are few similar items.

however, think of how you felt when you first saw Fargo, or american beauty or no country for old men or pulp fiction. This movie is like those. something special that you have never seen before.
