This movie is a delight. The appearance of Constance Wu is a treat for those of us who love her work on TV: "Fresh off the Boat." The story can be appreciated by any ethnicity. I lived in Kuala Lumpur and visited Singapore as often as I could.
Delightful to see the rare "old Singapore" was used in the film, and appearance by Michelle Yeoh, a native of Malaysia, and a superstar in her own right. (See Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon) Takes on a life of its own.
I'll see it again!!
