Review of Crazy/Beautiful (2001) by Zeinab M — 14 Jun 2008
This film is a suprisingly intelligent and effective film! It's a reality drama with well-drawn characters and a fairly good script. The films has comparisons with the love tale of Romeo&Juilet, it tells the romantic infatuation of young love with a painful accuracy.
The performances of Kirsten Dunst and Jay Hernandez were excellent, the intentions are patently good and they explores what it means to truly understand a person. It's a wonderful, heart-wrenching romantic drama! A thoughtful film!
