Review of Cradle 2 the Grave (2003) by Sumit D — 21 Sep 2008
Another bad Andrzej Bartkowiak hip-hop Kung Fu film that completes his loose trilogy. Despite being top billed Jet Li bizarrely plays second fiddle to a charmless DMX who shouts and swears his way through the film.
The potentially exciting prospect of Li vs Dacascos is wasted on a series of lacklustre and choppy fight scenes. Better than Exit Wounds but not as good as Romero Must Die the best scene are the end credits with Tom Arnold & Anthony Anderson mocking the film!
