Objectively - there's nothing special in the movie - hot girls, a girl coming from small town and succeeding to start a career, a romance, a few good songs and that's it. Subjectively - I watched the movie several times times in the last decade, and I enjoyed it every time.
The mixture of nice music, cute main character (Piper Perabo), seeing a dream being fulfilled, the romance.. All of this makes this movie easily watchable and enjoyable to me..
