I wish it could've been better. It started decently, but it becomes messy mid-way and the finale is of love-it-or-hate-it kind. On paper it makes sense but the execution/direction isn't there.Garrett Hedlund and Leighton Meester are surprisingly good here, especially Garrett who I feel belongs here than in Tron.
There are some scenes that are truly moving and the movie feels honest enough but they didn't dig deep enough, maybe they should add another hour or so because the songs took so much time.
