Everything is good about this movie except for the pace. It takes its time and it's not for all viewers.
Besides that, what a cast. They score a wide variety of actors and Sylvester Stallone gets to show his acting chops. The climax is also very well done with build up and stakes laid out first.
An underrated cop drama with good performances.
