The first Ralph Bakshi feature film I saw was Cool World and I thought it was good but I didn't think much more about it. Then years later I came across Ralph Bakshi's name on the net and I found a list of movies he had made and Coonskin caught my attention.
I found this film intriguing to watch because of the way it made fun of the black exploitation films and the message the film was trying across to the audience. I look forward to viewing more of Ralph Bakshi's films and I hope he keeps making them as good as this.
